- All orders are non-refundable and non-transferable, per our purchase policy.
- For Hotel Package guests, event wristbands will be mailed to you by AXS in advance closer to the event date.
- If you cannot attend the event or if you purchased as a gift: please note, hotel name changes may be authorized through Friday, June 5th, 2026. After this date no alternate pick-ups will be allowed.
- Shuttle pick-up/drop off zones will be at convenient locations. Exact locations will be provided as we get closer to the festival date.
- Lead guest must be 21+ to book this package and check in to the hotel.
Payment Plans
25% Down Payment Plans are available for Hotel Packages!
The default option is to be paid in full, so if you would like to utilize the Payment Plan you will need to select it at check out. See details below:
- 25% down + 3 installment payments, collected monthly from the date of purchase.
- *Note once a purchase is made and a Payment Plan is entered, the down payment percentage and the number of monthly installments will not change. However, the down payment percentage and the number of a monthly installments offered for new Package purchases is subject to change. Be sure to check the Payment Plan policy if you plan to make a Package purchase in the future.
- Payment Plans are available until February 14, 2026. Book early to opt in to available payment plans.
- A $50 payment plan fee will be charged on top of 25% down payment
- If payment on an installment fails, your card will automatically be charged again 7 days later. If that second attempted charge fails, you will be automatically charged 7 days after that. If that third attempted charge fails, your order will be cancelled.
- Defaulted Hotel Package Payment Plans will result in cancellation of package and are subject to a $50 per item re-stocking fee. No exceptions.
